In numerology, your life path number is one of the core numbers. It is worked out from your date of birth and is traditionally linked to your natural tendencies and the lessons you meet in life.
How to calculate it
- Write your date of birth as day, month and year.
- Add all the digits together.
- If the total has two digits, add them again until you get a single digit. Many numerologists keep the master numbers 11, 22 and 33 as they are.
Worked example
Date of birth: 14-08-1990.
1 + 4 + 0 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 32, and 3 + 2 = 5. The life path number is 5.
