We currently deliver to addresses across India.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.
The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched we will share the tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Delivery problems
Please provide a complete address and a working phone number. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help resolve it. See our Refund & Returns Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
Consultations
Consultations are delivered online or by phone/WhatsApp at your booked time slot. Nothing is shipped for a consultation.
