There is no return, no exchange, no cancellation and no refund once an order or consultation booking is placed and paid. Please read this page before you order.
Why we follow this policy
Our rudraksha, crystals, yantras and other spiritual items are natural, hand-selected and energised for the person who orders them. Once prepared and dispatched for you, they cannot be resold or reused for anyone else. Consultations reserve a private time slot with Dr. Preity that cannot be given to another client.
Products
- No return and no exchange after delivery, including change of mind, wrong size or colour choice, or the item not matching your expectation.
- No cancellation once payment is made, whether or not the order has been dispatched.
- Natural stones, crystals and rudraksha vary slightly in colour, size, shape and pattern. These natural variations are not defects, and photos are only a guide.

The only exception: damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, broken or with an item different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 8390125338) with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. After we verify it, we will send a replacement, or refund the order if a replacement is not possible. Claims made after 48 hours, or without photos or video, may not be accepted.
Consultations
- A booked consultation cannot be cancelled and is not refundable, including when you miss the session or are unreachable at the booked time.
- If we cancel or are unable to hold your session, you will get a free reschedule or a full refund.
- If something genuinely comes up, message us at least 24 hours before your slot. A reschedule is possible at our discretion but is not guaranteed.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited from your account but no order or booking is confirmed, or you are charged twice by mistake, the amount is returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or UPI app. Send us the payment reference on WhatsApp if it does not arrive.
